China vows to make Gwadar more valuable than Karachi by creating 47,000 jobs in 7 years
Gwadar port is one of the focal points of the $60 billion China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC). China is investing heavily in Balochistan under the CPEC. India has raised objection over the CPEC as it passes through the Pakistan-occupied Kashmir (PoK).
